PhD student in Mathematics working on mathematical models in biology under the supervision of Sara Merino Aceituno.
Assisting different clients in regards to the implementation of mainframe applications and DB2 databases. I work with the COBOL language as well as JCL and SQL.
Worked with the Group of Data Modeling, Computational Biology and Predictive Medicine, Applied Mathematics directed by Dr. David Holcman at the IBENS (Institut Biologique de l'École Normale Supérieure). There, I obtained numerical and analytical solutions for the Poisson-Nernst-Planck PDE system using COMSOL and techniques of asymptotic calculation. I also developed a basic ODE model for the ion flux at the mitochondrial inner membrane.
